This guide is about buying via mobile phone, but the same instructions are also valid for buying using a tablet or computer, the only thing that changes is the visual presentation of the instructions. The philosophy, buttons and steps are the same for all devices.

Find the product you are interested in
First you should find the product you are interested in, this can be done in many ways but the best is to browse the main menu that you find on the top left side of your screen and has 3 lines (to the left of the magnifying glass icon) and it looks something like this . Inside the menu you will find in detail all the categories and subcategories of the products to make it easier for you to find the product you are looking for. So clicking on the category will open the list of products.
Filters and product selection
Within the product category where there are all the products if you want by moving your finger up or down (swipe) you can find the product you are interested in. Useful TIP: In the lower right part of your screen you will find an icon where the filter tab (product properties) opens so that you can specifically choose the types and properties of the products that interest you and it looks something like this .
Add to cart
After finding the product you are interested in, when you click on its image or name, the product tab will open where you can see more information, photos, the product code and its price. You must then press the "Add to Cart" button to add it to your shopping list. PRO TIP: You can put more than one product in the basket.
Go to cart
After successfully adding to the cart all the products you are interested in, you should select the cart icon in the main menu at the top of your screen that looks something like this . When you complete this step, a tab will open with all the products you have put in the cart and at the bottom of your screen you will see two buttons "View Cart" and "Checkout". If you have completed your purchases and want to go to the checkout to complete, press "Checkout".
Checkout
On the checkout page, it asks for some necessary information such as your name, the address where you want the product to arrive, etc. If you are a business and you want an invoice to be issued in the (INVOICE) box, press YES to display the necessary fields (VAT and DOU). After completing the entry of your information (don't forget to fill in all the fields marked with an asterisk "*"), choose a shipping method (shipping costs change depending on the weight of the products and the type of shipping you choose). Then choose the payment method that suits you (read below about payment methods). PRO TIP:if you don't have an account and want your information to be saved for future purchases, click on the "Create an account?" section. Finally press "Send order".

Payment methods

Cash on Delivery: Pay cash on delivery.
Deposit to a bank account: After sending your order on the order completion page you will see our bank accounts and correspondingly you will also find them in the email you will receive to be able to transfer the money (when transferring the money don't forget to put the order number as a reason to be able to find it).
Direct bank transfer (IRIS): After completing the order you will go to the environment of the bank you have chosen to connect to your web banking account to carry out the transfer of funds.
Payment with PayPal: Log in and make your payment through the PayPal company.
