What is Sodastream?
Sodastream is the eco-friendly, economical and fast way to enjoy handcrafted sparkling water whenever you want it, wherever you are. The device uses a CO2 (carbon dioxide) bottle and adds carbonate to the water to turn it into sparkling water. You can use the device either for plain carbonated water, or by adding syrup to add flavor and turn it into a carbonated drink, or create unique cocktails for you and your loved ones.

With Sodastream you can make your own soft drink with the amount of carbonate you want, with or without any sugar, with the taste you want and the guaranteed freshness that the co2 bottle provides. Our company gives you the option of refilling (bottle refilling) and you can purchase additional consumables such as bottles and syrups from our online store.

Each Sodastream device is compatible with a specific type of carbon dioxide bottle. The new type of bottles is the Quick Connect (pink bottles) which "snaps" onto the device and secures with the special system offered by the device click here to view the video.For the older Screw in type (blue) models , they "screw" into the device to stay steady.
Frequent questions
SodaStream CO2 bottles are completely safe to have in your home. They are manufactured to strict safety standards to protect our consumers and are safe at almost any altitude. Our bottles are specially fitted with a safety valve that will harmlessly release the gas in the unlikely event that the pressure inside the carbonation bottle rises above limits. Make sure you always store your CO2 cylinder in a cool and dry environment, away from direct sunlight. The carbonation bottle should not be exposed to heat sources(such as prolonged travel in the trunk of the car) or placed directly next to a heat source such as an oven, stove or fireplace.
Although the gas in the CO2 cylinder does not expire, our cylinders must be tested for quality assurance purposes by a certain date, which is located on the bottom of the cylinder. For best use, we recommend storing your bottle at room temperature.
