Product Status

To better serve our buyers, we make sure that each product has its inventory visible (within the product page – usually below its value).

Immediately available (in stock)

When a product is immediately available, it means that it is in our warehouses and ready for immediate pickup / shipment.

Σε περίπτωση που θέλετε να πραγματοποιήσετε παραλαβή από τις εγκαταστάσεις μας θα πρέπει να τοποθετήσετε ηλεκτρονικά την παραγγελία σας και να επιλέξετε σαν τρόπο αποστολής “Παραλαβή από τις εγκαταστάσεις μας” – Αγίας Άννης 23, Άγιος Ιωάννης Ρέντης (Αττική). Στη συνέχεια θα επιβεβαιώσουμε ότι το προϊόν είναι άμεσα διαθέσιμο και θα σας ενημερώσουμε ότι το προϊόν είναι έτοιμο προς παραλαβή.

In case of sending the product to your location after placing the order, the product is usually sent the same or the next day and you receive it from 1 to 3 days depending on the period (courier company's workload) and the area where the shipment will be made. 

Waiting List (Pre-Order)

In the event that a product is in pre-order status, it means that you cannot find it in our facilities and that we are waiting for it to be received from the central warehouses, so that we can process your order. This process usually takes 4 to 12 days from the day the pre-order is placed.

Products that are on a waiting list (pre-order) usually have the message “The product is available on order ,below their price, and the usual waiting time is 4 to 12 days.” and the button to be able to add the product to the cart says “Pre-order”.

Pre-Order Progress Update

If you have placed an order for a product that is on a waiting list (pre-order), as soon as we receive the product at our premises and are ready to ship it to your indicated address,upon order completion, you will receive an informative email with the details of your order.
